Having founded the business back in 2005 I am genuinely excited to take the next step in our growth by appointing a People Leader to our organisation. I hope as you read more about the opportunity you will share in my enthusiasm for what we are trying to achieve.

The successful candidate...

Would benefit from having worked in a CPO (or equivalent) role for a £300m+ revenue company or bigger.
Will have had experience taking a c.300 people company to a c.1000-3000 strong organisation.
Will ideally have previous experience in a Technology and/or Consulting led business to have context of our associated challenges.
Would benefit from having a professional qualification in Coaching and significant hands-on Coaching experience.
