The successful candidate...

Revenue (1)

Would benefit from having worked in a CPO (or equivalent) role for a £300m+ revenue company or bigger.

Employees

Will have had experience taking a c.300 people company to a c.1000-3000 strong organisation.

Technology

Will ideally have previous experience in a Technology and/or Consulting led business to have context of our associated challenges.

Coaching

Would benefit from having a professional qualification in Coaching and significant hands-on Coaching experience.
